Motion Director
Ryan DeCarlo
Award-winning Creative / Art Director, Manager, and Motion Designer with a hands-on approach, leading high-impact campaigns, keynote visuals, and branded storytelling for global tech and entertainment giants. I specialize in 3D/2D motion design, cinematic content, keynote, and live event visuals, helping brands like Apple, Google, Meta, and Personio constantly explore unique ways to tell stories.

My career spans Super Bowl commercials, major film title sequences, Broadcast packages, and experiential design for product launches and global stages. Early in my career, I helped shape digital innovation, playing a role in Motorola’s early customization platforms and influencing the evolution of "cinematic scrolling" with the Moto X.

I enjoy leading teams, building strong visual systems, mentoring creative teams, and delivering bold, on-brand work at scale. I've recently integrated AI tools and modern workflows to push creative speed, scale, and originality.

It’s been a rewarding experience working with great people and brands on this journey, and I'm excited for the next phase in my career.
